Cladaksa 200/50 mg is a broad-spectrum antibacterial veterinary medicine for cats and dogs. Each tablet contains: Amoxicillin — 200 mg Clavulanic acid — 50 mg The amoxicillin/clavulanic acid combination provides bactericidal activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including beta-lactamase-producing strains. Indications Skin diseases (including superficial and deep pyoderma) Soft tissue infections (abscesses, anal sacculitis) Oral infections (e.g., gingivitis) Urinary tract infections Upper and lower respiratory tract infections Bacterial enteritis Dosage and Administration 12.5 mg/kg body weight (combined active substances) twice daily. In severe cases — up to 25 mg/kg twice daily. Treatment duration: 5–7 days; in chronic or severe cases — up to 28 days. Chewable tablets can be given by hand or mixed with food. Food does not affect absorption.

Cladaksa Chewable Tablets 40/10 mg, 10 tablets

Cladaksa is a combined antibacterial veterinary medicine for dogs and cats. Each chewable tablet contains 40 mg of amoxicillin (as trihydrate) and 10 mg of clavulanic acid (as potassium clavulanate). Amoxicillin is a semi-synthetic penicillin antibiotic that inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis, leading to bacterial death. Clavulanic acid inhibits beta-lactamase enzymes produced by resistant bacteria, restoring the effectiveness of amoxicillin. The combination provides a broad spectrum of activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. After oral administration, the active substances are well absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, widely distributed in tissues and organs, and maintain therapeutic levels for up to 12 hours. They are primarily excreted in urine. Indications: skin infections (including superficial and deep pyoderma), urinary tract infections, bacterial respiratory infections, bacterial enteritis. Dosage and administration: Administer orally at a dose of 12.5 mg (combined active substances) per 1 kg of body weight twice daily. Tablets can be given by hand or mixed with food. Food does not affect bioavailability.
